Tom Bayer has been named president of Tustin-based O/E California, a new subsidiary of the O/E Automation computer services firm of Troy, Mich. Bayer was previously an account executive at Nynex Business Centers in Torrance. Brian McCaleb has been appointed vice president of O/E California. He was a private consultant in the data processing industry with his own firm, Consulting Professional United, in Orange.
