Chandler B. Barton has been promoted to the new position of executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Group. He remains chairman and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Relocation Management Services, one of two subsidiaries that will report to him. Barton joined Coldwell Banker in 1979 and became head of Relocation Management Services in 1985. In addition, Frank T. Czajka has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Mortgage Services, the residential group’s other subsidiary. He succeeds Jack Grigsby, who left the company. Czajka was formerly president and chief executive officer of ICM Mortgage Corp., the mortgage banking subsidiary of Pulte Home Corp. His previous experience included financial management positions with Paul Inman Associates, the Upjohn Co. and Ernst & Whinney.
