Chandler Pacifica Buys Property for Homes, Office Site

Chandler Pacifica has purchased a property at Hollywood Way and Verdugo Boulevard in Burbank for $5.5 million, according to Beitler Commercial Realty, which represented all parties in the transaction.
The 163,000-square-foot land parcel will be developed with 249 multi-residential units in addition to to a 25,000-square-foot office building.
