P. D. West Lighting has been acquired by R. A. F. Industries Inc. of Elkins Park, Pa. P. D. West is a Los Angeles-based manufacturer and marketer of residential lighting fixtures. R. A. F. Industries is a privately owned, diversified manufacturing and distribution company active in the acquisition of firms in the building products field. The price was not disclosed.
