Sam W. Hughes Jr. was named president and chief executive officer of Aeroscientific Corp., an Anaheim manufacturer of printed circuit boards. He succeeds Paul McNamara, who left the company. Previously, Hughes was vice president and general manager of Sheldahl Inc.’s Cirtel Circuit division in Tustin. Before that, he spent 17 years with Texas Instruments. Aeroscientific is a subsidiary of Cucamonga-based Data-Design Laboratories.
