HCC Corp. Boosts Stake in Ramada Inc. to 7.2%

HCC Corp. of Chicago has increased its stake in Ramada Inc. to 7.2%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
On July 7, HCC acquired from Genesis Group LP and Equity Growth Partners 296,975 of the Phoenix-based company’s common shares for $6.62 each. Ramada owns a chain of restaurants, casinos and hotels.
