‘TV as Servant of Prejudice’
What a dreary piece by Herzog. It attacks the media, of course, and invents something he calls “disputation by media,” the catch-all non-defense of all those wielding power, hoping to buttress their non-arguments with several ill-chosen historical allusions. Herzog divides the world into Jews and anti-Semites, a bifurcation that is as repugnant as it is erroneous.
