“Romance Romance” will have its West Coast premiere next spring at the Old Globe. The successful Broadway musical about two romances, one from the past and one from the present, will run March 9-April 16 with previews March 4-8. That still leaves one play to be announced for the Cassius Carter’s 1989 season.
