Lottery Pools During Work Hours

I’m always happy to see someone win a prize, i.e.: “Officially, It Was A Big Lotto Win” (Oct. 4), but I wonder how much it costs the taxpayers in lost time and productivity while these lottery pools are being conducted during business hours.
