Diane C. Creel has been named president of Earth Technology Corp., succeeding Jack J. Schoustra, who remains chairman and chief executive. Creel, 39, previously was vice president and chief operating officer. Earth Technology, Long Beach, studies environmental waste management and engineering problems.
