On Monday, Orange County Fire Chief Larry Holms and Buena Park Fire Chief Sam J. Winner will sign an automatic aid agreement for the exchange of emergency fire services. Through the agreement, which takes effect the day of the signing, the departments will cooperate in having the closest fire units to emergencies respond in the area along the mutual aid border.
