But for contractual reasons they can’t use that name. . . . Die-hard Grateful Dead fans (are there any other kind?) may want to tune in “Dead Head TV,” a half-hour cable show that airs monthly on five cable systems in Southern California. The show includes reviews, tour updates and other essential info for Deadheads. . . . The Stray Cats’ upcoming album, “Blast Off,” includes a remake of the Bobby Fuller classic, “I Fought the Law.” The trio is set to play a New Year’s Eve show at John Anson Ford Theatre.
