Chuck Hartlieb, an All-Big Ten quarterback from Iowa, had arthroscopic knee surgery the day after the Hawkeyes’ regular-season finale and hasn’t practiced for the Dec. 31 Peach Bowl, a newspaper reported.
The Cedar Rapids Gazette said that Hartlieb had knee surgery Nov. 20, and that his availability for Iowa’s postseason game against North Carolina State is not known.
