San Francisco police blame juveniles for starting a 19-ton bulldozer on a 200-foot-long swath of destruction that saw the runaway behemoth demolish one home and damage two others. In addition, the bulldozer destroyed one car and damaged another before it finally came to a halt. There were no injuries. Three or four unidentified youths managed to pry off an anti-theft panel and hot-wire the vehicle, Officer Matt Krimsky said. “It plowed into and demolished a house,” the officer said. “I thought it was an earthquake,” said Charles Schembri, 79, who was in the house.
