New York subway gunman Bernhard H. Goetz was “somber and apprehensive” on what could be his last night of freedom before facing up to seven years in prison at his resentencing for gun possession, his lawyer said. “He’s as ready as anyone who should not be going to jail can be,” said Mark Baker, one of Goetz’s attorneys.
