7 Injured as Blast Rocks Explosives Plant in Utah

SPANISH FORK, Utah — An explosion and fireball rocked an explosives plant Wednesday, injuring seven people and damaging four buildings, authorities said. The cause of the explosion, which occurred in an unoccupied building where primers were manufactured, was not immediately known.
