1 Killed, 1 Wounded in Santa Ana Shooting
Santa Ana police, called to the scene of an early-morning shooting Saturday, found one man dead and another seriously wounded after what neighbors said was an argument about drugs.
The shooting occurred in the 1200 block of Highland Street around 3 a.m., police said.
The police said late Saturday that they had not yet identified the dead man, who had been shot twice.
The other man, identified as Jose Rodriguez Nambo, 20, of Santa Ana, had been shot in the throat and was taken to United Western Medical Center-Anaheim, where he was listed in critical condition.
Officers said they found no weapons at the scene and are looking for other suspects.
