Hewlett-Packard Co. has completed the acquisition of Apollo Computer Inc. for $13.125 a share . . . Northwest Airlines has announced that members of the union representing reservation agents, customer service agents and clerical employees have ratified a three-year contract. The contract provides a wage increase of 2.72% this year, 3.01% next year and 3.5% in 1991 along with “modest” pension increases, the company said.
