Seal Beach Teen to Appear in Court

COALVILLE, Utah — A Seal Beach teen-ager is one of two University of Utah football players from California who have been ordered to appear June 5 in 3rd District Court for arraignment on auto burglary charges.
Matthew Allen Fosdick, 19, of Seal Beach and Robert George Garrow, 18, of Tiburon have waived preliminary hearings on eight counts each of vehicle burglary and theft.
Fosdick and Garrow, both ending their freshman years at Utah, were arrested May 7 in Park City.
