Vietnam today handed over 15 sets of remains believed to be those of U.S. servicemen missing since the Vietnam War, Hanoi Radio reported.

The repatriation of American remains is one of the main obstacles to normal relations between Washington and Vietnam.

This was the 11th turnover since a visit by U.S. Special Envoy John Vessey restarted the process in August, 1987. The official radio said 391 sets of remains have been handed over since March, 1974.
