Memorial services for former major league baseball manager Don Heffner will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Oneonta Congregational Church in South Pasadena. He was 78. Heffner managed the Cincinnati Reds in 1966 after playing 11 years as an infielder with the New York Yankees and St. Louis Browns. He died Aug. 1.
