Henry B. Burnett Jr., 59, a specialist in direct-mail marketing whose Forum Communications developed Cuisine and Politics Today magazines. He moved to California from New York where he was creative director for Benson, Stagg & Associates, a now defunct advertising agency. He created mailing packages for industry and nonprofit environmental agencies. Among his clients over the years have been Amnesty International, the Cousteau Society, Friends of the Earth, the Nature Conservancy, the Sierra Club, the New Yorker, Time Inc. and many more.
