SDC Development: Charlie Kanne has been appointed vice president of industrial development operations for Newport Beach-based SDC Development. Kanne, who is a development partner, joined the commercial real estate development and investment firm in 1987. Before that, he was development vice president of Katella Properties in Torrance.
