Movie Company Granted Restraining Order: Delta Unique Media Inc. was granted a temporary restraining order Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court to block First Cinema Venture Inc. from distributing the company’s adult films, including “Naughty Nymphs,” “The Sinful Bed” and “Sorry, Wrong Bedroom.” Judge Warren Deering ruled that First Cinema had distributed Delta Unique films without the company’s permission. The company, operated by a former Delta Unique employee, was ordered not to make any more distribution deals for Delta Unique films. No attorney for First Cinema appeared at the hearing, and the Santa Monica company could not be reached for comment. (Filed Dec. 19, 1989, Case No. C747008)
