Congestion

Regarding the plans to build tall structures downtown and in the Wilshire district: Los Angeles does not have the mass transit infrastructure that cities such as New York and Chicago have. This city is not in a position to support such high-density traffic. Traffic jams are at near unmanageable conditions now as it is.
Also because of the topography of the area, the well-known smog situation will worsen.
We need stronger restrictions on this type of building. And possibly even the opening up of areas.
