Bomb Threat Delays Flight

HONG KONG — A bomb threat forced a Singapore Airlines 747 jet with 299 people en route from Singapore to Tokyo and Los Angeles to land in Hong Kong on Thursday, an airline spokeswoman said. The search turned up nothing, and the plane left 3 1/2 hours later for Tokyo.
