According to The Times, the U.S. Postal Service will spend $23.4 million over the next three years in order to determine if the service is too slow (Part A, Feb. 6).
No reason to. We all know that it is. I just received a Christmas letter, delivered in the hands of the Postal “service” 41 days ago.
Save the money.
