Whenever I read a review of a concert that was clear, concise and basically positive, a look at the byline most often would have the name Albert Goldberg.
In an era of “me-first” journalism, he was a cultured and positive influence on musicians and audiences alike. His words, his insights, and his enthusiasm will be greatly missed.
