Raiden Named Executive VP at Coast Savings
Norman H. Raiden, 57, general counsel of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board from 1983 to 1985, will join Coast Savings & Loan as executive vice president over the legal and subsidiaries groups.
Raiden resigned as a senior partner in the McKenna, Conner & Cuneo law firm in Los Angeles to accept the new position.
In his new position, Raiden will oversee legal activities, mergers and acquisitions, major real estate projects and subsidiaries offering insurance agency and business credit services. Robert A. Scott, senior vice president, remains general counsel of Coast and its holding company.
Raiden succeeds William S. Bradway III, 43, who resigned to move to New England for family reasons.
