Greyhound Drivers Set Strike Date: Greyhound Lines Inc., the only nationwide intercity bus system, said its drivers have called a strike for March 2 because of a breakdown in contract talks. Greyhound said it would operate a reduced schedule in the event of a strike by the union, which represents 6,300 drivers and 3,075 office and maintenance workers. The union has notified the company of its strike threat, said George Gravley, a spokesman for the Dallas-based company. No new talks have been scheduled.
