Fresno — Pacific Gas & Electric Co.’s old building downtown has been sold to a group of San Francisco investors for an undisclosed price.
The 10-story building was purchased by the Fresno Pacific Corp., said Ed Bedwell, a spokesman for the utility.
He said the new owners plan to refurbish the interior of the building and lease it to office tenants.
While the price was not disclosed, the 66-year-old landmark was listed on the market for $3 million.
