Deli Delay

Regarding Ruth Reich’s March 11 article on Nate n’ Al:

its obvious Reichl has eaten only in the restaurant portion of Nate n’ Al, because only a martyr would praise their service deli.

They have the slowest, most unorganized system every created by man. And all with an attitude. Where else can you call in for soup to go and be told: “It will be ready in one hour”? Where else do you take a number and wait 45 minutes to get bagels? Only at Nate n’ Al.
