A Superior Court grand jury declined to file charges against three Washington Capital hockey players who had been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in a limousine.
The panel investigated allegations against Neil Sheehy, Dino Ciccarelli and Geoff Courtnall, U.S. Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Judy Smith said.
