Pacesetter Business Properties: The Newport Beach commercial and industrial developer said it lost $812,000 for the second quarter, compared to a loss of $1.3 million for the year-earlier period. Revenue was flat at $2.2 million. For the six-month period, the company lost $1.4 million, compared to a loss of $1.9 million for the comparable 1989 period. Revenue rose 2% to $4.3 million from $4.2 million.
