Thousands of Koreans Baptized En Masse

SEOUL — Thousands of South Korean Christians wearing white robes were baptized Saturday in a ceremony officiated over by hundreds of Korean and foreign pastors as part of the 16th Baptist World Congress.
The ceremony, at the Olympic Regatta Arena in eastern Seoul, drew about 5,000 Koreans and 1,000 foreign spectators.
