Acacia Homes at Sun City offers 26 single-family homes, with prices ranging from $129,900 to $169,900. The development will eventually have 86 homes.

There are one- and two-story floor plans available. Each home has three or four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Square footage ranges from 1,372 to 2,195, with move-ins expected in November.

The development is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday. The sales office is at 27955 Grand Ave., reached from the eastbound McCall Boulevard exit of Interstate 215.

Homes in Palmdale

Twenty homes are offered at Marseilles, a single-family home development in Palmdale that will eventually have a total of 113 homes. Houses in the project have three or four bedrooms and two to 2 1/2 baths, with square footage ranging from 1,986 to 2,382.

Prices range from $185,000 to $205,000, with move-ins expected next January. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at the corner of 65th Street and R-8, reached from the eastbound Avenue S exit of California 14.

Fontenay in Murrieta

Sales also begin this weekend at Fontenay, a 162-unit single-family home development in Murrieta. Twelve homes with four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths are offered, with prices ranging from $226,000 to $269,000.

Move-ins are expected to begin in October. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 24015 Ristras Lane, reached from the northbound California Oaks Road exit of Interstate 15.
