Curtis Gabbard Named Executive Vice President of USF RE Insurance

Curtis A. Gabbard has been promoted to executive vice president of USF RE Insurance Co., a subsidiary of Costa Mesa-based US Facilities Corp. He joined the company in 1986 as senior vice president in charge of underwriting. In his new position, Gabbard will direct overall reinsurance operations. He previously spent 16 years with General Reinsurance Corp.
