Greek Shipping Magnate Hospitalized in Houston

HOUSTON — Greek shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos is in Methodist Hospital for undisclosed treatment, officials said Thursday. Niarchos, 81, was listed by the hospital as a “no information patient.” Methodist Hospital is the base for heart surgeon Michael DeBakey, but it was not known if DeBakey was handling the patient.
