SHAKEN: “The Big One,” NBC’s miniseries in which an earthquake devastates L.A., shook some viewers. About 500 of them called the special quake anxiety hot line staffed during the Sunday and Monday broadcasts by the Red Cross in Santa Ana. . . . “Most were people wanting preparedness information, but some people were distraught,” said a spokeswoman. “The devastation depicted in the movie was pronounced and prolonged. We think a lot more people would survive.”
