COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Miller Scores 36 in Fullerton Victory, Passes 2,000 for Career

Senior center Genia Miller scored 36 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked four shots as Cal State Fullerton defeated San Jose State in Big West Conference women’s basketball Saturday in San Jose.
Miller passed the 2,000-point career mark at Fullerton. She has 2,033.
Claudette Jackson scored 15 points for Fullerton (16-4, 9-2 in the Big West). Pan Pember scored 14 for San Jose State (2-19, 0-12).
In California Collegiate Athletic Assn. women’s basketball:
Chapman 73, CS Dominguez Hills 49--Jackie Saunders scored 22 points as host Chapman ended a six-game losing streak.
Saunders also grabbed nine rebounds and blocked six shots for Chapman (9-12, 1-4). Jennifer Ballenger added 14 points, and Missy Abraham made four three-point shots for 12.
Dominguez Hills is 14-7, 1-4.
