Hit-and-Run Driver Kills Reseda Man, 41

A 41-year-old man was fatally injured by a hit-and-run driver Friday as he crossed a street in Reseda, Los Angeles police said. Rafael Garcia of Reseda died at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, Officer Frank Zdroy said.
Zdroy said Garcia was in an unmarked crosswalk in the 7000 block of Lindley Avenue about 6 p.m. when a pickup truck hit him and “dragged him for about 80 feet.”
No arrests had been made.
