Downey Flagged for Lokar Column

Mike Downey would make a good press agent for Saddam Hussein. His article in regards to Marco, the Seton Hall basketball player who would not support our troops by wearing the flag of the country giving him a free education, has given me a severe case of the “barfs.”

Of course the Seton Hall coaches “never objected” to his refusing to wear our flag on his uniform. They would let him wear the Iraqi flag on his forehead if they thought it would win for them. Yeah, I’m one of the 90% of the Americans who will feel both satisfied and justified.
