Listening to the comments of Iraqi citizens on CNN, it is obvious that they believe they are winning the war and inflicting major damage to the allied forces.
The following is an idea that would be useful in communicating the true state of the war to Iraqis: We should drop leaflets in Arabic that contain photographs with accompanying text of Iraqi prisoners of war as they surrender.
