Broad Inc., Los Angeles, named Gary W. Krat chairman and chief executive of Anchor Financial Services, Royal Alliance and Sun-America Securities, all broker-dealers of its SunAmerica unit. Krat was formerly chairman of Royal Alliance Associates Inc., SunAmerica’s New York-based broker-dealer.
