Garlic Without the Smell

LONDON — A British botanist said Sunday that he has perfected a strain of odorless garlic. “It tastes like garlic, not as strong. The flavor is still there, but there is no after-taste or lingering smell,” said Murat Ozsoy, managing director of Twyford Plant Laboratories in Somerset.
