William J. Scarpino, 45, has been promoted to senior vice president of real estate and construction for Los Angeles-based Sizzler International Inc., formerly Collins Foods Inc.
Scarpino was named a vice president of Collins Foods in 1985 and of its subsidiary, Sizzler Restaurants International, in 1989. Since 1983, he has served as president of Collins Property Portfolio Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Collins Foods International, which is the real estate management company for the Collins Group.
