Jackie and Jyll: Jackie Mason sure knows how to sweet-talk a woman. The fiftysomething comedian said he recently proposed to his manager, Jyll Rosenfeld, 37, by saying, “Would you like to marry me or would you like a rap in the mouth?” Then, according to Rosenfeld, he presented her with a 14.3 carat diamond. The couple plan to wed in November in London.
