Earl D. Butler has joined Anderson & Anderson Insurance Brokers Inc. in Irvine as senior vice president of branch operations. He will handle the firm’s branches in Stockton and Van Nuys and any future acquisitions. Butler’s previous experience includes 15 years at California Casualty; he was responsible for western U.S. operations for Republic/Hogg-Robinson, and he was chief operating officer for Calsurance.
