Nothing on this gangsta-rap trio’s debut album dazzles quite like its lively, lewd hit single, “O.P.P.,” which is cleverly constructed on the framework of the Jackson 5’s bubble-gum soul classic “ABC.” But the jazz-textured “Every Day All Day” and a few others aren’t too far behind. The impact of these terse, clever tunes is considerably enhanced by Treach’s fast, remarkably fluid rapping.
