Disney Hall: ‘Work of Art’ or Wet Cardboard?

I. M. Pei should be thankful to Frank Gehry for the new Disney Pavilion. Someone finally created a visual travesty more offensive than that glass pimple of Pei’s that erupted in the courtyard of the Louvre.
